All Sales Are Final

We maintain a strict policy that all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. This policy is in place due to the sensitive nature of our products and to ensure the integrity of our research-grade compounds.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged during transit, we are here to help. To receive a replacement, you must provide sufficient proof of the damage, such as clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our support team at sales@aminoasylums.com with your order number and proof of damage.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations before an order has shipped. Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refunds and Returns

We understand that, on rare occasions, a return may be necessary. If you wish to return a product, you must send it back to us at your expense. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds. The store credit will be applied to your Amino Asylum account for future purchases.
